Promoting leprosy transnational world Heritage, although, we faced so many difficulties at the beginnings, we can say that the process of Losheng preservation is a kind of miracle. Losheng efforts to promote cross-border movement of world heritage, from 2008 which Plus is not just Losheng people or Losheng. After the 2009 Workshop for HD Heritage in Taiwan, the next year at the conference in Seoul, we also got unanimous approval of the General Assembly participants. Soon, we had 2012 Seneca Falls with IDEA International meeting. In the same year, Tama Zensho-en and Nagashima Aisei-en also embarked discuss World Heritage issues. In 2013 at the World Leprosy Congress in Brussels, we introduced the story of a Losheng resident Ms. zhang Yun-ming, IDEA members in the venue sympathized our promotion to register as World Heritages.
Although, in recent years, in Taiwan, the issue of Losheng preservation was gradually fading.2012, we use 3D model repair landscape of Losheng .We want to call for the public and government to note the meaning of World Heritage. Before that, Losheng has been demolished 70% by MRT and develop mentalism, had more than 150 buildings with the landscape disappeared .In our research, we started call for some professionals, draftsman, architecture student assistance together use graphic and animation to reconstruct the disappearance landscape and spirit of Lo-sheng Sanatorium. Efforts for many years, Last month, our Minister of health declared that the government will allocate 1.5 billion repair Lesheng hospital, let it close to the world heritage criteria 'authenticity and integrity. We believe that our 3D model repair landscape program influence government decisions..
